to prevent flotation, collapse and lateral movement of the structure resulting from
hydrodynamic and hydrostatic loads, including the effect of buoyancy. The design has taken
into account the provisions of (FBC R42/FBC 1612/ASCE 24) an the flood loads imposed by
a Base Flood event of 100 year flood as shown on the current St. Lucie County Flood
Insurance Rate Map.
