Dear Mr. Mack:
The PGA Village POA Architectural Review Committee has reviewed and approved your
application for adjustment to set -backs for new home construction.
Please be aware of all convenants and use of restrictions found in the Declaration, By -Laws,
Rules and Regulations, and/or Master ARC rules and regulations shall apply. The Work shall not
negatively impact PGA Vilage Common Property, surrounding property, or golf courses. Please
also be aware that the approved new home construction project must be completed within (2)
years.
