All purchases are net unless otherwise indicated on the statement, and credit limits may be estab- lished where deemed necessary by East Coast Lumber & Supply Company. The applicant authorizes the Seller, East Coast Lumber & Supply Company, to request'credit information from reporting agencies of its choice. Information contained on this application may be used as identification to obtain transcripts of credit information. The transcript is to be utilized for the sole purpose of reviewing the accuracy of the information stated on this application. . Charges billed, but not paid in full by the 11th day of the month following.purchase will be considered past due. The appli- cant hereby agrees to pay a service charge of 1-1 /2% per month (18% per annum, minimum charge $1.00 per month) on all past due accounts.
