Hi Monica,
We have a wall sign permit in for above address. The sign is an after the fact permit. Sign is already up. The Zoning
compliance is pending waiting for Fire Department to sign off. The Fire Dep. Is requiring to submit building plans which
they have not done yet. Dana gave them an extension of 3 weeks to get their sign permit but I am not really sure if we
should issue if the Zoning compliance has not been issued.
Please advise.

Hey Lydia,
Per the fire Department, they are required to submit plans into the Building Department. William can you please remove
the complete status in your review. The fire department will not sign off until building plans are submitted.
