Below is the response to comments:
Comment #1: Please add the current Florida Building Code to the plans.
Response #1: The 2017 Florida Building Code 6th Edition has been added and clouded on the plan pdf.
Comment #2: Please provide a soil investigation report.
Response #2: A full soil boring investigation report has been added to the Figures section of the plan pdf.
Please note that a geotechnical inspector will be on-site for final inspection and will provide a certified
pile report which will be submitted to St Lucie County for final inspection.
