License # AA26003348 performed an onsite inspection on September 10, 2020 at the above referenced location to review the roof sheathing nailing, installation of Taylor Made Metals 5 V-Crimp metal roofing (FL # 17443.1) over 30 # felt underlayment on 3 %" +/- to 12 roof pitch with approximately 29 squares and hereby certify the listed inspections are in compliance with the 2017 Florida Building Code 160 MPH wind zone, Exposure "B", Risk Category II. The method used to determine code compliance was by unscrewing a couple of random 5V-Crimp roof panels to see the 30 # felt dry -in, then the felt was pulled rack to determine the roof sheathing nailing.
