RE: Lot 145 —Boat Lift
The Association approves of your plans to install a boatlift on lot 145, as indicated on the documents submitted
with this request.
Please be reminded of the Nettles Island Rules and Regulations, Article l0.la, which specifically states;
Article 10.1(a), "Nothing may be affixed, attached, over, or bear weight, in any way, on the seawall and cap,
except conduits for water and electric may extend over the seawall to a Unit Owner's dock or boat lift and must
not be affixed to the seawall or cap. "
Please adhere to all waterfront property usage rules and regulations and present copies of permits to the condo
office prior to construction. Any further modifications must be submitted to condo office for approval.
All Architectural approvals issued by Nettles Island are valid for six (6) months. If additional time is needed,
owners mysubmit supporting documentation to request an additional six (6) months.

an approval or warranty regarding engineering and structural design, building or zoning code compliance,
feasibility or marketability for any purpose, or compliance with applicable building ordinances, standards, or
regulations. By approving the plans and specifications, neither the Architectural Committee or the members
thereof, the Association, the Board, its employees and representatives assumes any liability or responsibility
therefore, or for any defect in any structure constructed there from, and saidpersons further specifically
exclude from such approval any implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for any purpose.
