Re: Permit Review #50239-Children's Medical Facility and #50238 -
Vegetation Removal
Dear Mr. Motto:
Upon detailed review of your applications and plans, this office
has determined that they do not provide sufficient information for
further review. The applications and plans are therefore being
returned to you. The following issues have been raised by the
Zoning and Building Inspections Divisions of this office. Also,
the Fire Department review comments are enclosed.
Zoning Review:
1. P ing and Drainage/Stormwater permit is required. Please
contact the County Engineer's Office for more information
regarding the required submission (ref: Section 7.07.00 St.
rll���Ca Lucie County Land Development Code.
iZ\�1�y 2. Filled Lands Affidavit is required to be signed and
submitted with the application, copy enclosed.
71 3. We were trying to make the permit. process easier for some
primary contractors by accepting master subcontractor
agreements where the same subs are used consistently. In
reality, the process has become a monitoring nightmare and we
are discontinuing this service. For this permit you submitted
Stover Plumbing as the plumbing subcontractor, however, R & R
Plumbing was originally. recorded with us as your permanent
plumbing subcontractor. We will process this permit as;/
received, but original agreements wi e require in the
future.
Building Inspections:
1. Automatic,sprinkler system required OR all corridors must be
�,�C�vey ✓ rated (noted on floor plan and sections) and penetrations
sealed.
