This letter is provided as a response to the comments dated September 23, 2020, regarding the
subject project. All comments are addressed as follows:
I. Please provide stringer to beam connection. Sheet S1.1 has been updated.
2. Please clarify column foundation --conflicting notes state attached to existing slab (no
connector provided) and concrete in ground with rebar (no detail provided). Sheet
51.1 has been updated.
All other details shall follow the permitted set of plans. Should you have any questions regarding
