2. Form board at interior garage wall must be pressure treated.
3. Note termite treatment, vapor/radon barrier in new footers.
4. Note length requirements of J bolte anchoring steel columns.
5. Please include dimesioned floor plan, including existing areas surrounding work areas, on both floors fo
clarity.
6. Please note all wood in contact with concrete to be pressure treated.
