SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
Mr. Postlethwaite has over twenty-four years of experience as a Building Inspector.
He routinely performs inspections on materials such as reinforced cast-in-place
concrete, structural steel, reinforced masonry, post tension cables, form work, shoring
and re-shoring, light gauge metal framing, storefronts, window and door attachments
and roofing systems.

Inspector
Mr. Postlethwaite is responsible for performing field inspection services, private
provider building inspections, threshold inspections, and special inspections on a wide
array of projects, including municipal, commercial, and residential construction
projects.
Jupiter Medical Center Anderson Family Cancer Center Expansion – Jupiter, FL
Inspector
This project consists of expansion of the existing Forshay Cancer Center and includes
a new three-story 55,000 GSF facility and associated sitework. The existing Forshay
cancer center is approximately 20,000 sf. and will be renovated to accommodate part
of the new facility’s functional program. Mr. Postlethwaite is responsible for
performing threshold inspections and structural steel inspections.
Jupiter Medical Center Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) – Jupiter, FL
Inspector
This project consists of a 41,000 sf 5-story expansion to the existing medical facility
would be used for 20 additional hospital beds and a neonatal intensive care unit
(NICU) on the third floor. Mr. Postlethwaite is responsible for performing threshold
inspections and structural steel inspections.
First Data Field (Mets Stadium) – Port St. Lucie, FL
Inspector
This project consists of site work and all building trades for new construction and
renovations of the existing 100+ acre facility consisting of renovations to the existing
7,000 seat stadium (First Data Field), modifications to practice fields, New Major
League batting cage, New Minor League Batting Cage, enhancements to the existing
Minor League Clubhouse, and the construction of a new Major League Clubhouse, as
well as upgrades to parking and loading areas. The estimated total cost of construction
is $57 million. Mr. Postlethwaite is responsible for performing threshold inspection
services for this project.
Marriott Towneplace Suites – Port St. Lucie, FL
Inspector
This project consists of the new construction of an 83,426-square foot, five-story hotel
building located off of SW Village Parkway in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Mr. Postlethwaite
is responsible for performing threshold inspections and special inspection services for
this project.
