This Minor Site Plan Adjustment approval is to provide for an increase in the building dimensions from 82' x 44' to 86' 8" x 44' -. This equates to an increase in the overall square footage of the building of 198 square feet (5%). Please note that this approval is not your authorization to begin developing this site. You will still need to obtain final building permit approvals. Please contact the Building and Inspections Division of the Public Works Department for complete instructions on what you will need to submit as part of the building permit process for this development.
