FIRE PROTECTION 49. The developer shall reserve one parcel, a minimum size of two acres and configured to meet the needs of the St. Lucie County/Ft. Pierce Fire District, within the Reserve Commerce Park. This site shall be conveyed to the Fire District in a manner and time acceptable to the Fire District,- if so required. Prior to the issuance of any building permits for any residential unit within The Reserve, including any hotel/motel unit, the developer shall pay to the 'St. Lucie County/Ft. Pierce Fire District the sum of $225 per unit to meet the fire protection needs of this development.
