The purpose of this letter is to address the match -up of the indoor air handling unit
with the outdoor condensing unit for the split DX air conditioning system at the
above address.
The indoor air handling unit is a Grand Aire model WAHL304B, rated at 2.5 tons and
the outdoor condensing unit is a Thermal Zone model TZAA3302C757 rated at 2.5
tons.
The outdoor condensing unit is an acceptable match -up for cooling capacity and
inter -operability with the Indoor air handling unit (with proper expansion device).
This paired equipment should provide the minimum system efficiency required by the
2017, 6tn Edition FBC Energy Conservation Code.
