This is to inform you that your Architectural Review Application has been approved by
the Maidstone ARC Committee. Specifically, you have been approved to proceed with
the following:
• Installation of impact windows in white aluminum frames without grids, gray
glass (sample submitted) in windows on diagram
• Installation of gray impact glass in front entrance door
• Painting front door color – SW 6140 Moderate White
We reserve the right to make a final inspection of the change to ensure that it matches the
request you submitted for approval. If you change the specifications in any way, you
must submit a new Architectural Review Committee request to the Maidstone ARC
Committee for review.
