On 7/10/20 JSJ Doors and Windows LLC submitted an application for a 39' X 46' Screen Cage for existing swimming pool.
Concrete ribbon footer. The customer, Kevin Donovan, wanted to see if he could get SFWMD approval to extend the
pool deck 10' which would be encroaching into the 60' rear easement. He could not get approval for the extension. We
would like to move forward with the original permit application that was submitted.
