This letter is about the proposed entrance area deck and stairway for Holiday Out unit #125
.presently under the ownership. of. Flora-&.Mike-Rispoli. The -attached -document -is -instrumental
in this material addition being viewed as acceptable for approval by Holiday Out management.
Should there be any deviation from said document as to size, location, etc. management
reserves the right to revisit this decision.
Please contact me with any additional questions or issues with respect to the matter of issuing
the appropriate building permits for this construction.
