This letter is to veriify our inspection of the roof structure change at the residence
noted above.
We certify that the replaced wood beams on the front area of the existing columns
has changed, replace with (2) 2x10 and 1/2" plywood between.
(Ref; detail "EXISTING COL,/WOOD ENTRY WALL DETAIL" on the plan 37-19
All repairs are in compliance with FBC 6th edition 2017

Please contact Andy Wentz, he is the inspector that did the inspection and put the comment in the computer. Any
changes done on site beyond the approved set of plans or documents must be submitted to plans review as a revision.
Please contact the permitting department to get the phone number to the inspector.

. sealed letter stating is satisfactory with 2x10 as done. Is letter ok if it is submitted a revision ??owner wants
