I have personally observed "in-place" roofing replacement at the above
captioned address.
1) Sheathing re-fastening completed w/ 8d ring-shank nails is 4" o/c along panel
edges & 6" o/c in field.
2) ASTM D1970 compliant self-adhered base sheet installed over plywood
sheathing.
3)The roof has been covered with Polyglass Xtraflex self-adhering base sheet
and XtraFlae SBS G SA cap sheet per FL#16429-R6.
To the best of my professional knowledge & belief, this work meets the
requirements of the Florida Building Code 2014, Edition 5, Section R906.9, "Built-
up Roofs."

B. For mechanically attached components or partially bonded insulation,the maximum design pressure for the Selected assembly shall meet or exceed the Zme I design pressure determined in accordance with FSC
Chapter 16,and Zones 2 and 3 shalt employ an attachment density designed by a quaRRed design professional to resist the elevated pressure criteria. Commonly used methods are RAS 117 and FM LPD5 1.29.
