To Whom it may concern:
This letter is to address issues brought up at the frame -all inspection.

1. Large dormer framing at entry to be framed as per section " B-B" on sheet A-301.
All studs to have Simpson SP4 or SP1 at top with all holes filled with 10d nails
and Simpson MSTA12 with all holes filled with 10d nails at bottom (strapped to
girder truss below). Trusses are to be strapped per connector schedule on sheet
A-401.
2. False dormers are to be strapped thru roof sheathing to trusses below (similar to
valley truss framing).
3. Truss GRG to be strapped to masonry wall as follows: Two (2) Simpson HETA20
straps embedded into bond beam and all holes filled with 10d nails (2500# uplift)
and Simpson MTSM16 attached to inside of masonry wall with 4-%" x 2%" Titen
screws and to truss with 7-10d nails (860# uplift).
4. Addition of Mini -split a/c unit in Hobby room changes total electrical demand from
176A to 188.5A.
