LUCIE COUNTY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD ORDER IMPOSING FINE/LIEN CASE NO. 98050002 BRYAN HACHT THIS CAUSE came on for a Repeat Violation Hearing before the St. Lucie County Code Enforcement Board on June 3, 1998, after due notice to the Violator, Bryan Hacht. As Bryan Hacht did not appear for the hearing, the Board hereby enters a Default Order Imposing Fine/Lien against Bryan Hacht as follows: e 1. FINDINGS OF FACT: This case involves a repeat violation of Section 11.05.01(A), Building Permits, of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code (the "Code") on property located at 12965 West Park Lane, Fort Pierce, FL and described as CARBOY INDUSTRIAL PARK - UNIT ONE - BLK B LOT 3.(1.00 AC) (OR 967-2287) as recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County. Previously, on October 2,- 1997, in Case No. 96040112, this Board entered its Order finding that Bryan Hacht violated Section 11.05.01 of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code. This Order directed that Bryan Hacht refrain from future violation of this Section of the Code. However, on April 27, 1998 it was found that interior work was being done, as well as containment walls and slab, on the above described property without first obtaining building permits. 2. ORDER: Based upon the foregoing and pursuant to Florida Statutes 162.09, Florida Statutes, and Section 1-2-25, Penalty for failure to comply with order, of the St. Lucie County Code of Ordi�iances, it is hereby ordered that Bryan Hacht has committed a repeat violation of.Section 11.05.01 of the St. Lucie County Lane. RECORDING: Pursuant to Section 162.09, Florida Statutes, and Section 1-2-25, St. Lucie County Code of Ordinances, this Order may be recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida and .shall constitute a lien against any real or personal property owned by the Violator. 4. REHEARING/RECONSIDERATION: Any Violator requesting a rehearing or reconsideration of the Board's action must file a written request setting forth the legal grounds therefore with the Code Enforcement Board Secretary within thirty (30) days of the date of. this Order.
