AN ORDER GRANTING APPROVAL
FOR A MINOR SITE PLAN KNOWN
AS`POL(MERI"C, INC.
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Community Development Director has reviewed the application for
site plan approval submitted by Mosby & Associates, Inc., reviewed the comments of the St. Lucie
County Development Review Committee on this application, and made the following determinations:
1. Polymeric, Inc., is an existing 4,349 square foot manufacturing facility on
0.951 acre of property located at 15965 Westpark Lane in the IL (Industrial,
Light) Zoning District. The applicant is proposing the addition of 6,000
square feet of warehouse space for a total of 10,349 square feet of space.
2. The Development Review Committee has reviewed the site plan for the
proposed project and found it to meet technical requirements of the Land
Development Code and to be consistent with the St. Lucie County
Comprehensive Plan.
3. The project is consistent with the general purpose, goals, objectives, and
standards of the St. Lucie County Comprehensive Plan and the St. Lucie
County Land Development Code.
4. The project will not have an undue adverse effect on adjacent property, the
character of the neighborhood, traffic conditions, parking, utility facilities, or
other matters affecting the public health, safety, and general welfare.
5. All reasonable steps have been taken to minimize any adverse effect of the
proposed project on the immediate vicinity through building design, site
design, landscaping, and screening.
6. The project will be constructed, arranged, and operated so as not to interfere
with the development and use of neighboring property, in accordance with
applicable district regulations.
7. The project is to be served by adequate public facilities and services.
8. The applicant has applied for and received an updated certificate of capacity,
a copy of which is attached to this order as Exhibit A, as required under
Chapter V, St. Lucie County Land Development Code.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED:
A. Pursuant to Section 11.02.03 (D) of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code, the
proposed minor site plan to be known as Polymeric, Inc., is hereby approved as shown on
the site plan drawings for the project prepared by Mosby & Associates, Inc., December 18,
2001, and received by the St. Lucie County Community Development Director on December
18, 2001 for the property described as follows:
LOT 3, BLOCK B, CARBOY INDUSTRIAL PARK, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT
THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 13 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF
ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA. (Tax ID#: 2212-500-0010-000/5)
CONTAINING 0.951 ACRE, MORE OR LESS
(Location: 15965 Westpark Lane.)
B. The approval periods described in Administrative Order CD-01-021 shall remain in full force
and effect. The approvals granted by this administrative order shall expire on December 19,
2003, unless extended in accordance with the provisions of Section 11.02.06 of the St. Lucie
County Land Development Code.
The Final Site Plan approval granted under this resolution is specifically conditioned to the
requirement that the petitioner, Polymeric, Inc., including any successors in interest, shall
obtain all necessary development permits and construction authorizations from the
appropriate State and Federal regulatory authorities, including, but not limited to;We_United
S��a es Army Corps of_Engineers, the Florida Department of"Environmerital-Protection; and
South Florida Water Management Distfrict�, prior to the issuance of any local building
permits of authorizations to commence development activities on the property described in
Part B.
D. The certificate of capacity, issued through Administrative Order CD-01-021 shall be valid for
the same period as this order. If this order expires or otherwise terminates, the certificate of
capacity shall automatically terminate.
E. A copy of this amended Development Order shall be mailed, return receipt requested to the
developer and agent of record as identified on the site plan applications.
F. A copy of this amended Development Order shall be attached to the site plan drawings
described in Part B, which plan shall be on file with the St. Lucie County Community
Development Director.
G. This Order shall be recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County.
