Re: Permit #22010425
Dear Mr. Hacht:
PUBLIC WORKS
DEPARTMENT
I am writing to you to address your questions concerning your permit. We are currently waiting for the Health
Department approval for a future bathroom facilities and approval from the South Florida Water Management
District. The following will give you the time line of the procedures that had taken place in order to get to
this point of the permitting process.
Your plans were submitted on Jan. 18, 2002 where zoning completed the site plan review and routed it to
Plan Review on Jan. 28, 2002. Billy Hatcher reviewed your plans on Feb. 8, 2002, and sent notice to the
contractor that the electrical diagram and calculations were not submitted with the plans. The plans were
forwarded to the Fire Department for review on Feb. 11, 2002, and returned back to us on Feb. 22, 2002.
On Feb. 28, 2002, Billy Hatcher again faxed a request to the contractor for the electrical information. Bill
Springer then notified us on March 20, 2002, that the engineer, Mosby & Associates, Federal Expressed a
package to the SFWMD for approval. I spoke to you on April 15, 2002 in regards to your permit and
informed you that without the SFWMD approval, no permit could be released. You then informed me that the
contractor has already started to set forms and rough plumbing. That same day, after reviewing your
application and the plans, I called you again to inform you that the plans did not show any plumbing and
approved plans by the Health Department showing the future .bathroom needed to be submitted. This would
be necessary for slab and rough plumbing inspection to take place.
As of this date, the required information still has not been received. This department will release this permit
immediately after it is received.
Please feel free to contact me if you need any further questions.
Sincerely
(Q_ It. ✓ "

B. The following comments have been submitted by the St. Lucie County -Ft. Pierce
Fire District - Plans Examiner:
The minimum paved radius by SLCFD Resolution for cul-de-sacs is 50 feet. The
existing paved radius indicated is 40 feet. It appears that the new driveway
extends out to meet the existing paved cul-de-sac and encroaches on the 50 ft
radius.
Please call Capt. Buddy Emerson at 561/462-2312 if there are any questions in
regard to these comments.
Please submit 90 copies of the revised site plans, boundary/topographic survey,
landscape plan, and other associated documentation or a letter of intent to respond to
these comments within 30 days of the date of this letter in accordance with the
Provisions of Section 11.02.04(A)(4). No further review of this project can take place
until the above comments are addressed.
