Re: Stormwater requirements
Linda, I believe we determined that those projects which were in an industrial park which already had
overall Stormwater approval for the park only needed to provide us with an exemption document from
SFWMD. With a SFWMD exemption a stormwater fee would not be charged. However, a letter from the
project engineer stating that the project is exempt is not acceptable, we will need a SFWMD exemption
notification.

We have Polymeric which is adding a 6000 sq ft building to their site. this site is Bryan Hacht on West
Park Lane off of Orange Ave. Are they required to get a Stormwater permit from us? Their engineer
gave us a letter saying they are exempt from South Florida Water Management but do they still need to
get something from us?
We also have Affordable Storage on US1 doing Phase 2 and Phase 4 on their approved site plan. Do
they need stormwater approval from us or does their orginal approval cover the whole site plan.
I asked Tony and he isn't quit sure if one approval carries over to the next.
