The addition to the existing office which was permitted and constructed in 1998 was designed with an expandable end wall to the south, in which the pre-engineered rigid frame was designed as a clear span and the end wall framing was noted to be relocated in the future. Please refer to the note on the original documents dated July 1998 which was permitted and constructed, and also a similar note on the more recent Phase 4 addition on sheet S 1 which has also been permitted and constructed, noting that the same end wall to be relocated. J The design criteria has not been changed and the end wall framing was originally designed to support the intended design loads as prescribed by the St. Lucie County Building Department. If all the diagonal wall and roof bracing are in place as designed and specified by the Pre-engineered Metal Building Designer, the location of the overhead doors are incidental and does not affect the performance of the structure. If you have any further questions, please give us a call. Respectfully; Michael A. Lue, -,.E. Consulting Engineer mU JUN 4 2001va St Lucie County Public Works
