The following revisions have been made in accordance with these comments: Comment 1: PLEASE RESUBMIT DIGITALLY SIGNED AND SEALED PLANS FROM MICHAEL C. ANDERSON, ARCHITECT OF RECORD. SEE SECTION 107 OF THE 2017 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE. Response 1: Electronic signed and sealed drawings will be submitted. Comment 2: PLAN AREA CALCULATIONS ARE 120 SQUARE FEET FOR THE LANAI EXCEPT ON PLAN PAGE A8.0 WHICH SPECIFIES 150 SQ. FT. PLEASE CORRECT AREA CALCULATIONS ON PLAN PAGE A8.0.
