This letter is in response to the Plan Review comments dated 10/9/20. The following revisions
have been made in accordance with these comments:
Comment 1: PLEASE RESUBMIT DIGITALLY SIGNED AND SEALED PLANS FROM
MICHAEL C. ANDERSON, ARCHITECT OF RECORD. SEE SECTION 107 OF THE 2017
FLORIDA BUILDING CODE.
Response 1: Electronic signed and sealed drawings will be submitted.
Comment 2: THE PLANS STATES THERE IS A LANAI (IN THE AREA CALCULATIONS);
HOWEVER THE PLAN SHOWS A PATIO. PLEASE CORRECT AREA CALCULATIONS OR
PLANS TO A PATIO OR LANAI SEE SECTION 107 OF THE 2017 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE.
Response 2: Please see revised sheets provided with this response package.
Comment 3: AREA CALCULATIONS SPECIFY 2618 TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE AND
APPLICATION STATES 2714 SQ. FTG. PLAN PAGE A8.0 SPECIFIES 2744 WITH LANAI AS
150 SQ. FT. PLEASE CLARIFY WHAT THE CORRECT SQUARE FOOTAGE IS AND
CORRECT PLAN PAGE A8.0.
