Attention: Reviewer,
1. Approval by HOA by others.
2. Post tensioning statement added on sheet A-2.
3. Fasteners added to partition wall section on sheet A-2.
4. HVAC by others.
5. Please note the existing unit demising walls are 8" thick concrete fire rated walls. The
gypsum board replacement is not functioning as part of the fire rated walls.
6. Smoke alarms have been added outside each sleeping area.
7. Plans on usb will be provided by contractor.
