Upon detailed review of your building permit application, it appears that the first floor elevation is not 18" above the crown of the road. However, based on chapter 7.04.01 C-3 of the St Lucie County Land Development Code, the Planning & Development Service Director may grant relief to the provision because the finished floor elevation exceeds the minimum required flood zone elevation of 17'.
