The permit has a note that a variance has been requested and your name. Are you familiar with this property? Are they in for a variance? I spoke with Linda and she said that we could go ahead and issue the driveway permit (2009-0112) for this property. I have attached a draft of the PDS Order that includes a Condition of Approval, which I have copied below. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Prior to the issuance of a Building Permit for the detached garage, the applicant shall submit an engineered stormwater plan to demonstrate stormwater runoff will not adversely impact the surrounding properties.
