submitting this letter addressing the comments as well as(2) Two Signed and Sealed,Revised copies of the affected
sheets as outlined below.Any affected sheets have been clouded as Delta#1 in the Title Block of each sheet:
Plans Examiner:
Comment#l: Please furnish the manufacturers truss placement drawings in duplicate reviewed and approved by the
design person of record in accordance with 61G15-30.005 of the Florida Administrative Code.
Response#1: Phoenix Realty Homes to provide truss drawings.
Comment#2: Please furnish truss engineering in duplicate per 107.2 of the 2017 Florida Building Code.
Response#2: Phoenix Realty Homes to provide truss engineering.
Comment#3: Please add the cubic volume of the conditioned space to information block containing the square foot
information or a letter from the design professional specifying the cubic volume of the conditioned space. See Chapter
1 section 107 of the 2017 Florida Building Code, 61 Edition.
