Please be aware that the south property line... I I revised the corner side yard setback to be 20'. The structure still appears to be out of the setback. Owner to! locate/survey as needed, since I do not have a surveyed location. 2. There are 4 square on the plan that do not show any indication... The note says typical for all gray shaded areas. e 3. Please fill out 2 copies of the St Lucie County Certification for Design Load Compliance. See attached. 4. Please sign/seal all attachment pages.... See attached.
