Please find our responses below Comment 1: PROVIDE A COMPLETE WALL SECTION- SHOW NEW AND EXISTING CONSTRUCTION, ROOF SHEATHING AND NAILING PATTERN REQUIRED, ROOF COVERING REQUIRED, WALL DETAILS REQUIRED. ([A]107.2.1) Response: Details attached. Existing sheathing will remain as is. Some roof joists are damaged by termite which will be replaced. Some existing wall and ceiling dry walls are damaged as well. Those will be replaced too. Comment 2: PROVIDE CONNECTION OF TRUSS TO WALL. ([A]107.2.1) Response: Some roof joists on the flat roof portion will be replaced. Existing joists are supported by wooden beam seating on the wall. These existing beams will remain as is and proposed joists will be supported by these existing beams. Comment 3: PROVIDE THE ST LUCIE COUNTY CERTIFICATION FOR DESIGN LOAD COMPLIANCE FORM. FORM WILL BE ATTACHED TO THE EMAIL WITH COMMENTS. ([A]107.2.1) Response: Load compliance form was already submitted. Comment 4: PROVIDE ALL DETAILS REQUIRED FOR CONSTRUCTION. INCLUDE TRUSS SHOP DRAWINGS. ([A]107.2.1) Response: Shop drawings for 2"x8"x16' joist and 4'X8' gypsum board attached. Comment 5: THE FL P.E.
