Federal Highway Port St. Lucie, FL 34952 LINDA BARTZ CHAIR Attention: Mr. Stephen Cooper, P.E. p p DISTRICT 3 Subject: Site Development Permit Orange Avenue RV Storage CATHY TOWNSEND VICE-CHAIRMAN DISTRICT 5 The Construction Plans signed and sealed June 25th, 2019, are accepted for construction of the site improvements as proposed. CHRIS DZADOVSKY DISTRICT 1 Construction of site improvements is conditioned on the following: 1. Prior to commencement of any construction of site improvements or access, the EOR shall coordinate a pre -construction meeting including the SEAN MITCHELL St. Lucie County Public Works [Robert Krip, 772-519-0440, DISTRICT 2 KripR@stlucieco.org] representative. 2. A set of plans stamped as accepted by the County, together with all other FRANNIE HUTCHINSON applicable permits shall be on site at all times during construction. DISTRICT 4 3. Prior to commencement of work, all other agency permits must be obtained and followed. The more stringent condition of common or conflicting HOWARD TIPTON conditions shall be met. Discrepancies within the plans shall be COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR appropriately addressed and does not relieve the contractor of his obligation to construct according to local, state and federal rules and regulations. DAN MCINTYRE 4. Site inspections shall be coordinated as established at the Pre -Construction COUNTY ATTORNEY meeting. Any proposed changes to the permitted stamped plans must be approved by the County prior to initiating any change in construction. This includes TDD material changes such as pavement type, type of drainage pipe, etc. (772) 462-1428 6. Any structure shown or not shown on the plans (such as walls, gates, signs, columns, etc.) requiring a building permit, such permit shall be obtained FAX prior to initiating construction on such structures. Orange Avenue RV Storage 8. An As -Built survey is required along the EOR's certification upon request for a final inspection of the site and access improvements. A published benchmark utilized for site elevations shall be referenced for usen by other parties, including but not limited to the County.
