Attn: Lydia Galbraith 2300 Virginia Ave Fort Pierce, FL 34982 RE: Savanna Club - BP 1405-0345 Dear Lydia: We received the staff comments for the above referenced project dated 5-28-14. Please except this letter as our formal response for the staff comments indicated below. The responses will be in bold text following the comment. Zoning Review: The proposed finished floor elevation is required to be 18" above the crown of the road. The site plan doesn't indicate the elevation of the crown of the road. Please provide (3) boundary surveys indicated elevation at the location and the elevation of the crown of the road. Response: Acknowledged. Please find attached (3) copies of the boundary survey indicating the elevation for the crown of road and the overall site. The proposed FFE is a minimum of 18" above the crown of road as required. Please provide a signed and sealed set of civil drawings for our engineering department to review. (Constructability Review) Response: Acknowledged. Please find attached one additional set of our site plan, landscape plan and civil engineering plan published as a complete plan set by McCarty & Associates. Please provide a copy of the modification of South Florida Water Management District. For information, call Mike Halter at: 772-462-2719 Response: The SFWMD has recently changed the thresholds for permit modifications. The subject property does not require an ERP Mod due to the following Florida Statute. A final certification will be submit to the district upon construction completion. Section 403.814(12) of the Florida Statutes grants general permits for the construction, alteration and maintenance of a stormwater management system serving a project that involves qualifying activities in uplands having less than 10 acres of total project area and less than two acres of impervious surface.
