Comment: Raceway from F.P.L. to meter shows 3 inch, minimum size for 4-500KCM,
per N.E. Code is 3.5 inch, also nipple from meter to wireway, minimum should be 3.5
inch.
Reply: On Sheet E-4, in the riser diagram the conduit diameter in the two locations cited
in the comment has been increased to 3.5 inches.
