Permit No. 2006-0134 To Whom It May Concern: This letter shall serve as certification that to the best of our knowledge, the structural repairs have been constructed in substantial conformance with the design documents and specifications and as duly noted in our field reports. Threshold Inspections for the above referenced project were performed from July 2, 2020 through July 13, 2020.
