In response to the attached plan review comments, please find the attached revised plans
and the following written response;
1) Page 53.1 reference ........... Agreed - plans have been revised to reference the details
on 55.1.
2) Door Buck Fastener Detail... Agreed — Reference note # 9 on 55.1 ( Use 3/16" x
3-1/4" Tapcons, 36" O.C., Stgd.)
3) Roof Shtg. NO Patern ........ Agreed- Reference sheet 53.2 Note
4) 1 Hour Separation ............. Disagree- Ref. SBC 411.2.6 — Since the garages are not
connected to other occupancies, 1 Hour separation is not
required.
