Metal Roof cover.

On November 04, 2020 B & B Engineering Inc. was requested by Onshore Rooting Specialist Inc. a Certified
Roofing Contractor to certify the Underlayment and Re- nailing, of the roof sheering re -nailed omitted during the
time of its installation.
Certification.
B & B jEngineering Inc. Certify that the Underlayment did comply with the FBG section 1507.1.1. as well as the
sheering' Re- nailing. Prior the installation of a 26 Ga. 5 V metal roof panels FBC Section 1507.4.2 Steel panels that were
installed but the Certified Roofing Contractor as per the 2017 FBC.
The plywood re -nailing for the above residence roof cover appears properly done. To meet the required wind
loading as per ASCE 7-10. and the 2017 F.B.C. with 165 MPH GUST, exposure B, the existing plywood
shearing was re-nai led to the existing trusses using Zac screws at 4" on center edge and 6'' center Held.
Base 01 the visual inspection, and to the best of our knowledge and professional ability, h is B & B
Engine ring Inc. opinion that new roof was properly installed, and with our final inspection, we can certi l� that
the new 26 Ga. 5V metal roof panels cover is structural Sound and safe.

with general accepted structural engineering principles and practices. This Company is not responsible for the
conclus ons, opinions or recommendations made by others based on our .findings. The scope of the on-site
inspecti n on November 05, 2020, was intended to evaluate the installation of the Underlayinent and the
sheeting Re- nailing, ag0.46%V6V6%, structural integrity.
