Pierce, FL 34982IV _`70_1 1°,�` Re: Savanna Club / Bella Vista Apartments (Buildings G — R) Dear Ms. Butt: This letter is provided as confirmation that construction of system improvements necessary to provide water and sewer service to Buildings G — R of the Bella Vista Apartments complex is complete (Phase 1). The Florida Department of Environ- mental Protection has cleared both systems for use. The developer is in the process of working with the Utility to complete items noted on the construction deficiency punch list. Please note that -as of this writing the Utility has not agreed to provide service to proposed Buildings A — F of the complex because the developer has not executed a service agreement and has not paid water and sewer connection fees related to those buildings (identified as being in Phase 2).
