Comment: PAGE YA3, EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS OF THE BUILDING ARE NOT
MATCHING WITH OUR RECORDS. THE
BUILDING ON PAGE YA3 IS LARGER. PLEASE PROVIDE AN EXTERIOR
ELEVATION PAGE FROM THE
ACTUAL BUILDING INDICATING THE HEIGHT AND THE WIDTH OF THE BUILDING,
MARK EACH ELEVATION
WITH NORTH, EAST, SOUTH OR WEST AND THE PROPOSED SIGNS, PLEASE
PROVIDE TWO UPDATED
PAGES.
The building is being renovated and will match the submitted YA-3 drawing when
completed.
2/5/2020 Comment: PLEASE PROVIDE A SECOND SET OF PLANS FULL SIZE AND
ORIGINAL SIGNATURE. WE RECEIVED ONLY
ONE ORIGINAL SET AND ONE SET IN COPY. PERMIT REQUIRES TWO ORIGINAL
SETS.
The second set of drawings is enclosed.

Comment: ARE ALL THE ORIGINAL SIGNS ON THIS BUILDING BEING REMOVED?
THE BUILING IS ALLOWED TO HAVE
4 SIGNS. PLEASE PROVIDE PICTURES OF ALL ELEVATION OF THE BUILDING
WITH ORIGINAL SIGNS AND
INDICATE WHICH SIGNS ARE BEING REMOVED.
All existing signage on the building will be removed and when complete, the elevations
submitted showing the proposed signage will be the only signs on the building.

NAME FOR LOVE'S?
Speedco is an existing business that Love's has purchased and they are rebranding the
Love's Truck Tire Care buildings over to the Speedco brand.
