Dear Mr. Freeland,
The Exchange Club CASTLE request that St. Lucie
County Building Department proceed to process our
building permit application for our new facility.
We understand that our renewal of conditional use
has not been received from the county. Because of
this we will hold the county harmless in the event
that conditional use is not received.
Our intent is to proceed in this matter to satisfy
our bank construction agreement relating to notice
of commencement which will expire. prior to the
November County Commission meeting when our permit
will be reviewed.
Your time and effort in this matter is greatly
appreciated.
