Hi Lydia, Currently this parcel does not have a license agreement with the County. According to the Restrictive Covenants for River Park Unit 5 there is a 10' Drainage & Utility Easement along the rear of the lot and a 6' Drainage & Utility Easement along the sides. They will need to obtain a License Agreement if they wish to install a fence in the Easements. If there is already an existing fence they will need to obtain and After the Fact License Agreement. Please have the homeowners contact me directly so that I can prepare the Agreement for them. There is no cost or prepare the Agreement but they will have to pay to record it with the Clerk of the Court. The average cost is between $40-$75. Hi Vicki, We have a fence permit for above property. It is a replacement fence at the NE property line. The plat doesn't indicate if there is an easement at the side and the rear. Would you be able to check?
