YES!! I have final approval from both the Architectural Control Committee and the full Board
of Directors. Please consider this email as your proof that approval has been granted for the
installation of fencing as per the specifications provided. Please remember that you have that
drainage easement in the rear of the properly and any maintenance that may have to take
place by St Lucie county that necessitates the removal of the fence will be at your expense.
You are officially the first non -owner to make it through the approval process. Good luck with
your closing.
Take care,
Nancy

Hi Nancy,
Has there been any updates? We need to lock in the contractor and get materials ordered
to meet a Nov 1st deadline.
We appreciate any expediting you could do.
Thanks,
Jeff & Kathy Jensen

Hi Nancy,
We do plan to go back to the ditch within a reasonable safe distance. There
is access on the other side of ditch as well. I believe the two neighbors south

of us have a fence to the ditch as well.

Hi Jeff,
I did not want you to think your request was not being worked
on. Apparently there is a 50' drainage easement in the back of
the property. The committee is currently in discussion as to
what this means regarding the installation of a fence and
access for any maintenance done one the swale or
drainage ditch in the back. Does the fence go all the way to the
ditch/swale?

Hi Nancy,
I was wondering if you heard anything about our fence
installation? We need to put the order in to have it done at
our move -in date.
Thanks,

Hii Nancy,
Thanks for taking my call the other day.
Attached you will see a rough layout of the
backyard fence we want to install and also a
picture of the fence type. The fence will be 4
foot high and installed only in the back yard.
Most likely not visible from the road.
We would like to have the contractor install this
fence during the first week of November. So we
need to have a deposit to him within the next
week so he can order materials.
We are purchasing this home and will close on
Oct 30th;
Thank you,
Jeff & Kathy Jensen
