Pierce, FL 34982 Re: T-Mobile (A2P0322A, BU:851971) Permit#: 1401-0296 - Expired Violation Case: 101747 Permit Violation - Certificate of Compliance Dear Sir: This letter shall serve as verification, in accordance with our agreement as to the extent of our services in this regard, that the L700 Upgrade is substantially complete. The site is located at 10410 S. Ocean Drive, Jenson Beach, FL 34957. The permit expired for the removal of (9) antennas and replacement with (9) new antennas. The permit also included the addition of (1) medium SSC cabinet and (1) FCOA cabinet. The antenna upgrade is complete and acceptable as installed. The cabinet upgrade was completed but not per the permitted plans. The S&S permitted plans show the removal of the LTE cabinet. A S&S structural letter was issued by Morrison Hershfield on January 17, 2014 that showed a passing result for the existing equipment platform with the removal of the LTE cabinet. The LTE cabinet was not removed. The weight of the fully loaded LTE cabinet is 715 lbs. The GC has since removed all the batteries from the existing WNG24 BBU that is not in use. The weight of the WNG24 battery cabinet when full is 2,894lbs. The BBU hold up to 20 L-1 batteries weighing 83 lbs. each. The weight removed from the equipment platform is 1,660 lbs. The MH structural letter also lists an estimated weight for the existing LTE at 1,500 lbs. Per the attached LTE cabinet cut sheet the max weight is 715 lbs. It is our understanding that this is a temporary configuration and cabinets and equipment will be removed in the future upgrade. With the removal of the existing batteries in the BBU. The weight of the equipment platform loading has been reduced by 1,660 lbs. The existing equipment platform has capacity to support the T-Mobile loading as constructed at this time.
