We the undersigned, hereby authorize Roger Posey (Creighton Construction), Matt Ross
(Creighton Construction), Matthew Gillespie (Kimley-Horn), Casie Connolly (Kimley-Horn),
Bishoy Girges (Cuhaci & Peterson), Josh Long (Gunter) and Robert Raynes (Gunter) to act
on our behalf in all manners relating to application for permits, including signing of all
documents relating to these matters for the proposed 7-Eleven in Fort Pierce, FL. Any and
all acts carried out by these individuals on our behalf shall have the same effect as acts of our
own.
This authorization is valid until further written notice from Indrio Retail Properties LLC.
