Hi Kori,
I am working on the Impact Fees for 7 Eleven carwash. I have not many choices to place them under so I was thinking to
use the retail. Do you agree with that? I don't think I can call it Industrial since the zoning is CN and doesn't allow
industrial. Please advise.
