ALL WORK TO BE SHOWN. OUTLETS IN A STORAGE BUILDING REQUIRE GFCI
PROTECTION. OUTSIDE LIGHT REQUIRED FOR EGRESS. NO SWITCHES OR
RECEPTACLES PERMITTED IN THE BATHTUB/SHOWER DELINEATION. GROUNDING
ELECTRODE SYSTEM REQUIRED. INSTALLATION TO MATCH PLANS, ALL WORK TO
MEET REQUIRED ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS
Response:
All outlets are proposed to be GFCI protection. Outside light proposed. No switches or
receptacles are proposed in the bathtub/shower area. Plan note added for grounding electrode
system.

PLEASE INCLUDE ON PLANS ALL APPLICABLE BUILDING CODES THIS WORK IS
DESIGNED TO. 107.2 FBC

PLEASE INDICATE WIND SPEEDS SPECIFIC TO THIS PROJECT.107.3.5 FBC
Response:
Wind speed is included. For risk category I and St. Lucie County, using Florida Building Code –
Building, Figure 1609.3(3), design wind speed is 145 mph.
Comment 4:
PROVIDE WALL SECTION FOR GARAGE DOOR INFILL. INCLUDE ATTACHMENT
DETAILS FOR FILLED CELL REINFORCEMENT TO EXISTING STRUCTURE. INTERIOR
WALL FINISH AND ATTACHMENT DETAILS. EXTERIOR WALL FINISH.

Wall section for garage door infill is added. Attachment details, interior and exterior wall finish
are added.

PROVIDE IN SCOPE WORK METHOD FOR REMOVAL OF GARAGE DOOR. 107.2 FBC

Revised scope of work with abandoned garage door removal and new wall construction is
attached.
