Please find our responses below: Comment 1: ALL WORK TO BE SHOWN. OUTLETS IN A STORAGE BUILDING REQUIRE GFCI PROTECTION. OUTSIDE LIGHT REQUIRED FOR EGRESS. NO SWITCHES OR RECEPTACLES PERMITTED IN THE BATHTUB/SHOWER DELINEATION. GROUNDING ELECTRODE SYSTEM REQUIRED. INSTALLATION TO MATCH PLANS, ALL WORK TO MEET REQUIRED ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS Response: All outlets are proposed to be GFCI protection. Outside light proposed. No switches or receptacles are proposed in the bathtub/shower area. Plan note added for grounding electrode system. Comment 2: PLEASE INCLUDE ON PLANS ALL APPLICABLE BUILDING CODES THIS WORK IS DESIGNED TO. 107.2 FBC Response: Building Codes included. Please see sheet 7 of 7. Comment 3: PLEASE INDICATE WIND SPEEDS SPECIFIC TO THIS PROJECT.107.3.5 FBC Response: Wind speed is included. For risk category I and St. Lucie County, using Florida Building Code – Building, Figure 1609.3(3), design wind speed is 145 mph. Comment 4: PROVIDE WALL SECTION FOR GARAGE DOOR INFILL. INCLUDE ATTACHMENT DETAILS FOR FILLED CELL REINFORCEMENT TO EXISTING STRUCTURE. INTERIOR WALL FINISH AND ATTACHMENT DETAILS. EXTERIOR WALL FINISH. Response: Wall section for garage door infill is added. Attachment details, interior and exterior wall finish are added. Comment 5: PROVIDE IN SCOPE WORK METHOD FOR REMOVAL OF GARAGE DOOR. 107.2 FBC Response: Revised scope of work with abandoned garage door removal and new wall construction is attached.
