Upon detailed review of your revision request and your response letter received at October 5, 2010 this office has determined that the submitted information is still incomplete. The plot plan is not to scale and the revision does not match the originally approved plans. Please provide a scaled plot plan, showing clearly the correct dimensions of the proposed driveway. Please find enclosed the original plot plan for your use. Since the carport is going to be 12 feet wide, please provide corrected signed and sealed building plans. We apologize for any inconvenience but we are not able to proceed with the revision until you provide a scaled plot plan and matching building plans.
