Corrections have been made and plans have been revised accordingly. FMC 301.15 Response: See revised sheet M1.1 for details. Comment #2 Comply with table FBC 1509.6.5 for roof mounted mechanical units. Response: See revised sheet M1.1. Comment #3 1 do not see revision for mounting of condensing units according to fbc table 1509.6.5 Response: Please see detail #5 on sheet A2.4. See section 107 of the 2017 Florida building code. *WILL PROVIDE BEFORE PERMIT IS ISSUED. * Response: Shop drawings are included with this resubmittal Comment #2 UNABLE TO COMPLETE MY REVIEW NO MANUFACTURERS SHOP DRAWINGS FOR THE ROOF ACCESS LADDER SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW. SEE SECTION 107 OF THE 2017 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE. *WILL PROVIDE BEFORE PERMIT IS ISSUED. Response: Shop drawings are included with this resubmittal Zoning Review: Lydia Galbraith GalbraithL@stlucieco.org Comment #1 Please provide a boundary survey indicating the elevation of the center line of the road of Indrio and Kings Hwy. The proposed finished floor elevation will need to meet 18" above the center line and we are not able to check without the info on the survey. Comment #2 Please be aware that we were,not able to complete the zoning review due to the site Plan not being approved yet. The building plans will proceed through the review Process. However, the permit will not be issued until site plan approval has been Received and zoning has been able to finalize the review.
